SAMUEL HANMER
CEO, Principal

FieldEddy Insurance remains a market leader due to the entrepreneurial approach by company CEO, Samuel Hanmer. The agency has doubled in size under his tenure. Mr. Hanmer was also the architect of the company's aggressive merger and acquisition strategy. Under his direction, the agency acquired several other agencies, consolidated them when necessary and developed new marketing strategies to further enhance their profitability. Several newspapers and insurance industry periodicals have reported on FieldEddy's successful growth strategy including The Springfield Sunday Republican, BusinessWest and The Standard - New England's Insurance Weekly.

Mr. Hanmer puts his management and financial expertise to work for a number of community organizations including the Springfield YMCA (vice-chair), the Springfield Museums (trustee), the Young Presidents Organization (member) and the Bay Path College Advisory Board. He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in economics and also holds a Licensed Insurance Advisor designation as well as a Certified Insurance Counselor certificate.
TIMOTHY MARINI
President, Principal

As president and partner of FieldEddy, Timothy Marini manages all aspects of sales and marketing. He brings more than 17 years' experience to the agency having served as an underwriting and supervisory manager with the Fireman's Fund and account executive, vice president and president of a regional insurance agency. During his tenure at that agency, Mr. Marini led successful efforts to improve customer service. The Excellence Committee recognized those efforts with an Excellence award two years in a row.

As a Licensed Insurance Advisor, Mr. Marini has completed coursework and exams on providing information on insurance coverage options and cost-saving measures. He is a graduate of Plymouth State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in business administration. Mr. Marini holds a certificate from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania's Council of Insurance Agents and Brokers Executive Leadership Program.

Mr. Marini is on the Board of Directors of the Excellence Committee, Human Resource Unlimited (Board Chairman), Ludlow Boys & Girls Club, and the Springfield Technical Community College Foundation. He serves on the Advisory Board for the Town of Hamden and is also an active incorporator for the Holyoke/Chicopee/Springfield Head Start program.

MICHAEL COFFEY
Vice President, Principal

Michael Coffey has been a partner at FieldEddy since 1994 and brings close to 30 years' experience to the agency. Over the course of his career, Mr. Coffey has held technical and management positions with national carriers, including Hanover Insurance Company, where he served as the claims and litigation manager. He specializes in alternative risk management techniques and also sells property casualty and employee benefits solutions.
Mr. Coffey also developed the agency's organizational plan and recruited a team of insurance professionals who were instrumental in developing the success and growth of the employee benefits department.

Mr. Coffey holds an MBA, with a concentration in accounting, from Western New England College and has lectured on risk management at the college as adjunct faculty. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Western New England College Alumni Association. Mr. Coffey also serves on advisory councils for various industry associations.

JEFFREY SMITH
Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Jeffrey Smith manages all aspects of the agency's financials and accounting. He also develops the tools and analysis required to support and monitor the agency's growth plans.

Before joining FieldEddy, Mr. Smith was a controller for Moore Wallace, a $35 million manufacturing plant with 220 employees. Prior to that, he worked was a comptroller-treasurer for LDH, Inc.

He graduated from Bentley College with a Bachelor of Science in management and also earned a MBA in accounting from Western New England College. He holds a Certificate of Credit Administration from the National Association of Credit Managers. Mr. Smith is a member of Financial Executives International and serves as Treasurer for the Springfield Rotary. Mr. Smith is also active in many local youth sports organizations.

MARC CRISCITELLI
Vice President of Employee Benefits

Marc Criscitelli has more than 15 years' experience in employee benefits and risk management, specifically focused on consultation, insurance brokerage services, regulatory compliance and human resource assistance to clients.

Before joining FieldEddy, Mr. Criscitelli was the vice president of employee benefits for a regional insurance agency. He has also held positions in the managed care and employee benefits departments at The Travelers Insurance Company.

Mr. Criscitelli is a graduate of Eastern State University, where he holds a Bachelor of Science in economics, finance and business administration. He also serves on the Tufts and Delta Dental advisory boards and holds a Life, Accident & Health License. Mr. Criscitelli is active in many local youth sports organizations.

JAMES BAXTER
Account Executive, Employee Benefits

James Baxter brings more than 28 years' experience in employee benefits to FieldEddy. He is responsible for new business sales and the retention of existing clients.

Mr. Baxter is a Chartered Life Underwriter, having completed course work in both life and personal insurance planning, advance coursework in investments, taxation, employee benefits, estate planning, accounting and economics - all necessary to earn a CLU designation from the American College.

Mr. Baxter is a graduate of Holyoke Community College, the University of Massachusetts and served on active duty in the United States Marine Corps. He taught insurance related courses at Springfield Technical Community College and Western New England College. A member of the United Way Pillar Society, Mr. Baxter has served on the board of directors of various community organizations.

DIANNE LEFEBVRE
Account Executive, Employee Benefits

As employee benefits account executive, Ms. Lefebvre’s approach to Employee Benefits includes conducting in-depth needs analysis with each of her customers to determine the best strategies to implement. This leads to improved employee satisfaction and retention via benefit plan designs and communication, while also controlling benefit costs for employers.

Ms. Lefebvre previously served at FutureWorks Career Center, assisting area employers with the recruitment of talent to expand their businesses. Additional areas of focus were legal aspects of employee terminations, COBRA regulations, and connecting businesses to federal and state programs such as WOTC, Welfare-to-Work, and grants available for training employees.

Ms. Lefebvre is a graduate of University of Washington, where she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a focus in Organizational Development. She is a Multi-State Licensed Producer for Life, Accident & Health Insurance and also serves on the ConnectiCare Massachusetts Producer Advisory Council. Ms. Lefebvre is presently enrolled in Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, working towards the nationally recognized designation of CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist). She also serves on the Human Resources Committee of YMCA of Springfield.

KEVIN MUNSELL
Account Executive, Commercial Lines

For more than a decade, Kevin Munsell has been developing and managing specialized insurance programs for service provider agencies. Many not-for-profit agencies depend on his expertise to find effective coverage which fits their strict budget demands.

A graduate of the University of Massachusetts, where he holds a Bachelor of Science degree, Mr. Munsell is also a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). This designation is a nationally acclaimed certification program for property-casualty insurance professionals. He is also a member of the Human Service Forum.

Mr. Munsell is active in his community and has coached youth hockey and baseball for nearly 30 years.

TERESA M. PETIT DE MANGE
Account Executive, Commercial Lines Department

Teresa M. Petit de Mange provides high value insurance services to her clients by acting as a trusted business resource and an objective risk manager. Her work requires a complete understanding of the customer’s specific business needs and exposures, a depth of knowledge that she gains through constant evaluation, review, identification, and maintenance of those needs as well as available coverage.

Over the course of her career, Ms. Petit de Mange has focused on providing specialized insurance to businesses that require much more than a standard policy. She has succeeded in identifying and minimizing exposure gaps, while mitigating that risk in the most cost effective manner possible. Ms. Petit de Mange started her career as a captive insurance manager specializing in risk transfer and alternative insurance measures serving a wide spectrum of industries. She has specific expertise in manufacturing firms, environmental risks, professional exposures, and contracting businesses.

A graduate of Norwich University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Management, Ms. Petit de Mange also earned a MBA from Western New England College. She has completed coursework at the Hartford School of Insurance for Commercial Producers, holds INS- Certification in General Insurance, and she is currently pursuing CPCU and AAI designations.

ROBERT PRATT
Account Executive, Commercial Lines

Robert Pratt brings years of insurance planning and management experience to his position at FieldEddy. Mr. Pratt owned and managed BPI Insurance Agency until FieldEddy acquired it.

Mr. Pratt is a graduate of Kenyon College, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree. He holds several insurance designations and licenses including: a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter; Individual Licensed Advisor; and an Associate, Risk Management designation.
