RMV Eliminates Some Mailings

FieldEddy would like to let their customers know that, effective November 3, 2008, the RMV will no longer mail out the following materials to customers:

• License renewal notices
• Mass ID renewal notices
• License reinstatements letters:
• Letter sent to a licensed customer when his/her license is reinstated, provided that the license is still active
• Letter sent to an unlicensed customer when his/her right to operate is reinstated
• Registration reinstatement letters:
• Letter sent to a person or corporation whose suspended registration has been reinstated
• Letter sent to a person or corporation whose revoked registration has been reinstated
• Vehicle Inspection reminder letters for vehicles that are overdue for inspection
• Inspector license renewal notices
• 7D license renewal notices
• Driver's Education Certificates
• Junior Operator Brochures for parents (still available in branches)
• Change of address labels (customers can create their own)
  

Also, the Eastfield Mall Cambridgeside RMV office has changed its hours to Monday - Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. For information on all RMV locations and hours in Massachusetts, visit the RMV web site: http://www.mass.gov/rmv/branches/index.htm.

We've Moved Our Headquarters to East Longmeadow!
FieldEddy and Meadows Share New Location

After 159 years headquartered in Springfield, FieldEddy has moved to a newly built office at 96 Shaker Road in East Longmeadow. The new location provides our clients with easy access by car, ample parking and, for many, increased convenience. In addition, Meadows Insurance has moved in with FieldEddy and assumed our name. This change allows Meadows Insurance to offer all the advantages of FieldEddy's strength in the industry, while assuring that current Meadows clients can continue to work with the team of people they now know and like. The move from Springfield comes with great nostalgia. It was a difficult decision for us to leave the home we've had in the South End for so long, and we will always maintain our strong bond with our Springfield clients.
